By accessing or using FX AI Predict ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Use of Service

The Platform provides AI-generated trading signals for forex and cryptocurrency markets. These signals are generated by machine learning models and are provided strictly for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to trade.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
• Signal accuracy cannot be guaranteed — past performance does not indicate future results.
• You are solely responsible for any profits or losses incurred.
• You will consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any of the following:

• Redistributing, reselling, or repackaging our signals or data without written permission.
• Using automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or extract Platform data.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

5 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, signals, and data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Any signals or data will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
• The results obtained from using our signals will be profitable.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FX AI Predict and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Platform or its signals, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sweden, where the Platform operator is based.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
